Just for fun, I am wondering how much is the most members of the board have spent on a first date in an attempt to impress that guy or gal.

For me, in 2001 (the night before Valentine's Day) in an attempt to win over a girl, we went out to dinner and then went shopping, and I ended up spending about $100 on the date after paying for dinner and then buying her a new blouse that I noticed her eying in the window.

I was afraid buying her the blouse would seem a bit strong, but she must have thought it was sweet because we went on a few more dates before we both decided just to be friends.
