Is this recession affecting your relationship?

My husband has recently lost his job, and it's been tough for us financially. In my mind, I know I have to be more supportive and encouraging as he goes through one of the toughest times of his career, but instead, we get on each other's nerve and fight a lot more.

He stays home more, and we are both stressed about money, and it just escalates from there.

Is anyone having similar experience? Is this poor economy affecting your relationship with loved ones in any way? Any tips on how to overcome this better. I do want to be a better wife than I am, but money seems to have a way to worrying me out than just about anything....,

I hear what you're saying times are tough right now you both just need to be strong and stay positive as things will get better. Take everything one step at a time and understand that both of you are under a lot pressure.
