Okay, here it is. I am thirty something years young and have plenty of vitality! My wife and I have a healthy sexlife and enjoy foreplay, kissing, hugging, touching, etc. However, I do hang around with men who are a but older who tell me these glorious tales of hours of sex with e.d. medications. They have issues with their prostates and are prescribed the erectile dysfunction meds in order to get and erection. They claim that sex is so much better because they haven't been so rigid since they were teens.
I figure that if I could do what I could do when I was a teen with what I know now, my wife and I would both love it. But I don't know if it is something I should tell my wife I am on, or going to try on / with her. I think that there is nothing wrong with it, as long as your doctor and your wife agree. Health before vanity!! That is rule number one.
There are plenty of things on the market that are there to help aide in sensitivity or staying power.
