Fix My Love does not require you to disclose any information you don’t want to give. We don’t even ask for your name during registration. Create a username and let that be your Fix My Love persona. You can upload a non-identifiable profile picture or image or use our default silhouette. Many of our contributors enjoy the freedom of writing under a pen name. The choice is yours.

Q. Can I use my Facebook or Twitter account information to log in to Fix My Love?

Yes! Click on the Facebook or Twitter icon, then follow these simple steps:

1. Sign in using your Facebook or Twitter username and password.
2. When prompted, provide your profile information (screen name, e-mail, birth year, gender, and love status) to complete the first-time login.

That’s it. Next time you can just log in using your Facebook or Twitter account.

Just create a new Fix My Love account and your content will not be posted to your accounts on other websites.

  The first three (3) months are absolutely FREE. After the third month your credit card will be charged $19.95 on a monthly basis.

• Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

  A.

  You may cancel your subscription at anytime by emailing cancel@fixmylove.com a request to cancel your subscription, please include your fixmylove user ID and a phone number for us to contact you and verify your request to cancel.

• Q. How do I submit an article?

  A.

  We are currently in the process of developing our new expert article submission platform. This feature will be available to our experts soon. In the meantime you could submit your articles for publication by emailing them to publish at fixmylove dot com.

• Q. Do you accept all submissions?

  A.

  An Article or Daily Fix must meet the following criteria to be accepted:
  • It is original work written by you.
  • It has not been posted elsewhere on the Internet.
  • It is reasonably well written and provides sensible advice.

• Q. With so many great articles on Fix My Love, how can I make mine stand out?

  A.

  Your content will stand out because it's from you. What makes you a talented couples' counselor or therapist will come through in what you write, and we'll “target” or prioritize it specifically to readers in your local area. They won't be bombarded with all our content, and you'll be reaching potential clients who are looking for someone like you.
